Wonderful libraries

I have been writing a response to Tales from the Reading Room's seven questions, but I've been hopelessly distracted by this wonderful website Beautiful-Libraries.com

I'm not usually a nosey person, but this glimpse into beautiful libraries from around the world is just the ticket.

    Gosh, I foresee a lot of time spent looking at all those lovely pictures of Books! ;-) I can see why you got distracted!

      Yes, they're quite something, aren't they? I wonder how many of their creators really did love books, and how many just saw a fine library as some kind of status symbol.
